Most factories will not take your orders unless you provide a clear and detailed tech pack.
The purpose of a Tech Pack is to minimize the number of samples made and bring a product to market faster.

They are also the document used to track a product through its development from sample to bulk delivery. Including all comments, revisions to your garments on its route to market.
